Music has long been a part of the activities at Kettle's Yard, with a series of professional chamber music concerts held in the house during University terms. In recent years the music programme has expanded to include student lunch-time recitals, concerts of new music and collaborations with Cambridge Modern Jazz Club and Jazz East. In 1999 Kettle's Yard initiated a New Music Fellowship.
